Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:

At Luvora, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged Items & Order Errors

If your item arrives damaged or if there is a mistake in your order, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. Please send one or more photos of the issue and contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee modification or cancellation. Please include your order number in the message.

Delivery Delays / Incorrect Addresses

Delays caused by postal services do not qualify for refunds or compensation. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns.
